Do you work out?
-If yes, how many days a week on average?
-Where:  Gym? Home? Outdoors?

Do you feel it is easier to work out alone or in a group?

What do you feel are your problem areas that would like to work on toning?

If you do not work out, or do not work out as much as you would like, what factors are stopping you?

  2. I loved spin class and jogging until I had my son. Now I only run occasionally, we don't have great sidewalks where we live now. Tummy is my trouble spot

  3. I'm not a momma, but I still need to keep health in check. I am trying to motivate ladies from all places in life to get going on a plan. Love that you are doing this!!!

    YES 5+ times
    -Where: Gym? Home? Outdoors?

    OUTDOORS (Austin, TX is great for that) and at HOME.

    Group or partner

    What do you feel are your problem areas that would like to work on toning?

    Keeping toned everywhere

    If you do not work out, or do not work out as much as you would like, what factors are stopping you?

    Major lifestyle change has made it difficult to get routine down. With the motivation of others and a GOAL to shoot for, found it has gotten me back on track.
